8th grade- Venesky

The first game against Northwest Jaguars we won 41-18. Allison Zullo led the way with 17 points, Taylor Ware and Shannon Blondeaux had 6, Haley Chill also had 5. Leading Rebounders were Allison Zullo and Hannah Boesinger with 8. Shannon Blondeaux and Ally Iwanski each had 5 rebounds.

The second game against Hot Shots, we won 39-24. Taylor Ware led the way with 9 points. Allison Zullo had 8 and Shannon Blondeaux had 7 and Hannah Boesinger had 6. Leading Rebounders were Allison Zullo with 11, Hannah Boesinger with 10 and Taylor Ware with 8.

The girls finished in first place in their pool and reached the semi-finals against Mahoning Valley Eagles.

This was probably the most physical game of the tournament. The girls won the game 41-26.

Ally Iwanski led the way with 7 points, Taylor Ware and Hannah Boesinger had 6, Allison Zullo and Morgan Venesky had 5. All 8 girls scored. Rebounding leaders were: Taylor Ware and Hannah Boesinger had 10 each, Allison Zullo had 7 and Megan Densmore had 4.

The girls reached the finals against Hot Shots, a Re-match of pool play.

It was tied at half-time at 16-16. The girls came away with 37-29 Victory to win the championship.

Leading Rebounders were Hannah Boesinger with 18!!!!, Taylor Ware had 10 and Allison Zullo had 8.
